Since 1978, Chattanooga Local Teamsters, Van Huesen, The Calhoun Elks Club and other area businesses including an anonymous supporter,  have sponsored a fundraiser to support the "Boehm Center".

The Logan's: Bobby, a devoted lifetime board member of the Center, his wife Shirley  and his brother Gene started raising funds by having coffee and donut breaks for truck drivers driving through the Chattanooga area.

The Little Angels Golf Tournament was the inspiration of Shirley. She tirelessly put together the largest fundraiser yet for the Boehm Center. Each year she devoted herself to this event, making sure that the volunteers and players had a great time.

After the unexpected demise of Shirley, her passion for the mission of the Boehm Center continues. In her honor and loving memory, it is now known as the SHIRLEY LOGAN MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT.

Each year the Tournament is held, rain or shine, the second Saturday of June at the Calhoun Elks Club located in the beautiful countryside of Calhoun Georgia.
